women’s workshop SERIES

SHINE BRIGHT FROM THE INSIDE OUT

YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH MORE INSIGHT, LEARNINGS AND A NEW WAY TO SHINE BRIGHTLY IN THE WORLD THAT IS UNIQUELY YOU.

A transformative and intimate workshop series  for women
to explore and redefine
the practices of self-love,
self-care & self-compassion

If you're ready to make a change, ready to stop telling yourself the same stories, ready to take your life to the next level, ready to create a life you love and feels alive, if you want to love from a source that fulfills you ....
This is the workshop for you.

In my decades of service to women, what I have heard over and over again is how much women desire heart-felt changes, have big dreams, and want to feel radiant and alive.

But, with the quotidian demands of life, mindless loops of old beliefs, feeling uncomfortable in the body and feeling stuck in behavioral patterns, many feel more disconnected, more alone and ultimately defeated and uninspired.

Once this happens, you ultimately disconnect from your dreams, wants, needs and what brings you alive.

Women are energetic beings.

Through the years, what many women have shared with me is that no matter what they did or tried, nothing happened, nothing changed. This is because they were missing a crucial ingredient.

The feminine must first shift the internal energy before the external can follow.

No other time has it been more important for women to redefine self-care and self- love. Women today are being bombarded by polarizing and divisive issues especially among themselves. How we relate to the world is also evolving and many times faster than current cultural norms support.

Even though most women are active in the work force and continue to up-level in their professional lives, many women are challenged in me time vs time with family, relationships, and household obligations.

Self-care is a practice that helps fuel your desires and dreams because, at its core, it is about practicing integrity with yourself.

It involves actively setting intentions for yourself — being honest with yourself and others about your needs, desires, fears, and dreams.

Self-Love begins with self-appreciation, for if we do not value ourselves, how do we honestly honor someone else?

Many women believe that loving yourself is selfish and narcissistic. Yet when she practices self-love and self-care, she often finds that nurturing and caring for others is more graceful and more nourishing to herself.

Self-love starts by giving love, attention, and care to yourself, so that we can be filled to overflow with radiance and then be able to share, love, create, and nurture from that space... allowing ourselves to SHINE BRIGHTLY FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

Self-Love?

Many women believe that loving oneself is selfish and narcissistic.

Self-love is a practice of filling the yearning from your soul because it is about practicing listening to what you desire, acceptance of it, and taking action towards it.

Self-love is being present with yourself.

Self-love is important because it is process of remembering where your genuine power resides. When you are in self-love, you say no to what does not serve us and are more willing to say yes to what brings you more aliveness.

Self-Care

Self-Care is an act of self-love.

It’s about identifying your own needs and taking steps to meeting them.

Self-Compassion

“With self-compassion, we give ourselves the same kindness and care we’d give to a good friend.”         – Kristin Neff

Rather than being merciless, judging and/or criticizing yourself for various inadequacies or shortcomings, self-compassion means you practice kindness and understanding with yourself when dealing with failings.

It also means that rather than ignoring your suffering, pushing through hurt or flogging yourself for your imperfections, you acknowledge that you are going through a challenging time while comforting and caring for yourself.
