Sexy Soulful Life
The intention of this group is to assist women to unravel stories that keep them from creating the life they truly desire by reconnecting back to themselves and integrating body, heart, mind and spirit in their unique, innate way.
Sexy Soulful Life is for the woman who is ready to heal, feel inspired,, connected to her body, heart, mind & spirit.
This group is the fusion of my 20 years of working with women as a therapist and a coach and of my love and studies of ritual and shamanic medicine, Tantra traditions, psychology, spiritual psychology, embodiment practices and sex therapy.
We gather in the Spring and the Autumn.
This group is for women ready to create the internal shifts and the external action to create sustainable, long term change.
Participants will be provided layers of support, connection, and accountability to integrate changes and healing through the use of ritual, embodiment, and the 4-D (Medicine) Wheel.
Over the 5 months, participants will meet monthly for live sessions, have group phone calls for added support with each woman being provided ample and individualized support.
Live events are mandatory.
Calls will take place in evening hours and recorded for participants that cannot attend.
This group is here to helping you let go of what no longer serves you so you can call in the life & love your soul has long desired for you.
Monthly live immersions
“As women connect around our circular earth, we are creating networks — circles within a larger circle, all part of this spiraling galaxy and an expanding field of creative form and force. We carry within us a spark of light initiated with the big bang—that same creative power that birthed the universe. It is time to manifest feminine potential and restore right balance and healing as obviously the force is with us.”
Each month participants will step into the Wheel exploring a different quadrant as a way of unraveling, embodying and healing perceived obstacles and stories that do not serve goals.
Participants introduce a sacred object into the Wheel as a way of concretizing what they are working towards releasing and calling in.
A full range of sensory experiences – smell, taste, touch, sight, and hearing. Movement and stillness. Comfort and safety. Arousal, orgasm, and other physical pleasures. Awareness of how all parts of the body connect to all the senses.
Beliefs, judgments and values. Imagination, intuition, memory, and dreams. Wishes, intentions, anticipations, and expectations. The mental 4D experience is characterized by an open mind, increased understanding, expanded beliefs, and letting go of judgments and stories that hold us back.
A full range of feelings – love, passion, longing, anger, and fear. Whatever touches the heart. Empathy — the ability to feel what others feel. Compassion — the Dalai Lama describes this as the ability to love yourself and others no matter how conflicted your feelings may be. Trust—the ability to let go of control. The emotional experience is characterized by open-heartedness and heightened feelings.
The area of connection. A deep sense of connection with one’s self, one’s partner, one’s tribe and family, and/or a “higher power.” This can include inner visions, communication with divine forces, experiencing one’s self as part of all that is sacred. The spiritual 4D experience is characterized by increased energy, lasting satisfaction, and transcendence.

Come Gather, Women
Feminine Accountability & Actionable Steps
Our ancestral mothers
gathered in circle to share around the fire not only for ritual, but as they
prepared food for families and community. They shared stories about their
unique and collective experiences. There was no leader, no submissive.
Women gathered to share stories from their daily experience, to initiate one another, to celebrate the
changes in the body, to honor the transitions in lifespan, and to support one
another. The red tent was common as a place where women gathered in reverence
to their moon cycle.
When an emphasis on
increasing cognitive development occurred, what resulted was more linear
thinking and behaviors. Gathering in circle was replaced with meeting in
lines. In this way, both men and women became passive receivers of
information and instruction from others in leadership positions.
Women are social
creatures. Connecting and relating to other women is vital to our overall
Modern cultural norms have
led women to feel isolated, alone, overworked and disconnected from other women
and from their own rich wisdom and brilliance.
Ritual & Embodiment
This group is designed to help women heal and integrate body, heart, mind and spirit in service to their heart-felt desire through rituals that feed the soul, embodiment practices that nurture feeling good in the body and processes that help each women unearth her own unique gifts and flavorings.
When we gather, we join to hold everyone in sacred space and purpose as equals. We are bringing forth an ancient way of connecting into modern times.
Embodiment is a practice of accessing and learning the signals of the body—a process of relating with the sensual body—that allows one to more fully engage more fully with aliveness, openness and integration of body, heart, mind and spirit. Body sensations and emotions are defined beyond good or bad, positive or negative, light or dark.
Inside Out Approach
One common thread among many women I have sat with is how much women desire heart-felt changes, have big dreams, and to feel radiant and alive.
But, with the quotidian demands of life, mindless loops of old beliefs, feeling uncomfortable in the body and feeling stuck in behavioral patterns, many feel more disconnected, more alone and ultimately defeated and uninspired.
Once this happens, you ultimately disconnect from your dreams, wants, needs and what brings you alive.
Women are energetic beings.
Through the years, what many women have shared with me is that no matter what they did or tried, nothing happened, nothing changed. This is because they were missing a crucial ingredient.
The feminine must first shift the internal energy before the external can follow.
